Dear Deputy Speaker, colleagues

We shall speak about points of view concerning this situation, namely, there are military activities in the sovereign territory of Armenia, and the enemy violated the sovereign territory of Armenia. Second, we are CSTO member, we have relations with Russia which is the guarantor of the ceasefire regime plus CSTO Charter. The escalation must be of concern of the international community, because during the 44-day war Azerbaijan used terrorist groups, and if these groups are not visible now, then in case of escalation these groups will become visible again. And they endanger not only the border of Armenia, but also the international community. So, everybody has to do something here. Lastly, we shall realize that the fragile confidence exists with our strategic partnership may fail. If no one intervenes into these activities, we all have to do something with respect to this situation. I would like to make another statement in addition to my previous opinion about the CSTO international community, but I want to make a main statement concerning the stability of the country.

Lately, we have been witnessing unprecedented manifestation of criminal culture. This distorted criminal created chaotic situation in the country, and the reason for that is not only the impunity, but also the political sponsorship of all criminal culture after 2018 all political representatives of criminal culture were expelled from politics but they still remain in all spheres of social life. Unfortunately, during the struggle against criminal culture, including the draft law adopted yesterday didn’t work properly, otherwise there will be no need to speak about this subject. Law enforcement bodies shall be free in their activities, must be sure that these armed groups must be neutralized. They manifest themselves on different levels, and we must respond to them. Intensive struggle against them must result in serious blow to the criminal culture, and no godfathers shall solve any problems. William Edward Dubois said that the main problem of a society which is infested with crime, the young people are infected with this disease, it must begin with the family, with the school, so that we’ll have a society that that will consist of law-abiding society. In this post-war period such problems affect our response to external threats. We must do our best in most strict means, remind our opposition that must be in the session hall of the National Assembly, because the country’s problems require that this stance of them won’t solve any problem Come back to the family.
